Billy owner of Billy's clothing in Tarzana, CA
Billy is a very smart retailer located in a "suburb" of Los Angeles. Her taste is very sophisticated and though not located in Beverly Hills, she carries many of the top Designer clothes along with some local designers. she has an amazing selection of blue jeans. There are also some great deals in the sale items because you can often find designer items at a very good price. (I got a pair of Vince shorts for 25.00!!).
The outfit she is wearing is adorable. It is a jumpsuit that is so flattering to her figure. Though the pattern is an animal print, it does not feel too busy. The belt in the middle also helps break up the pattern so that it isn't too much. She is wearing a Streets Ahead belt, which is not too visible, but it is a great complement to her outfit. The black color blocking at the bottom of the pant gives the entire look such a fun, but sophisticated all over feel.
Billy's store is located at 18723 Ventura Blvd. Tarzana, CA 91356. It is across the street from Whole Foods so you can go shopping for dinner when you are finished there.
